Our Team

We roll up our sleeves and help companies find where they are losing money to inefficiency and fix it.

Whether it's broken processes, underperforming technology, or operations that can't scale, you get senior-level expertise. Every time.

Justin Fischgrund, Founder & Principal

Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has spent 15+ years solving the problems that slow businesses down. He has worked across retail, manufacturing, government, financial services, healthcare, naval, aviation, restaurants, non-profit, and technology, leading teams, managing eight-figure budgets, and delivering over $100 million in operational and revenue impact.

He holds a patent, teaches engineering students at the University of Pittsburgh, and has built a career around making technology actually work in the real world.

His approach is straightforward. Fix the process first, then bring in the technology. That’s what makes the difference between a solution that sticks and one that gets abandoned six months later.

Melanie Benaim, Lead - Product & Digital Transformation

Melanie is a digital product leader with a track record of turning business vision into solutions that actually ship and stick. She has led large-scale initiatives with budgets over $100 million, guided products from concept through launch, and built the kind of cross-functional alignment that keeps complex projects moving. She’s equally comfortable in the weeds with a product team and in the room with executives.

Her focus is on making sure technology investments deliver what they promised, not just on paper but in practice.

Sara McElhinny, Lead - Process Improvement & Technology Optimization

Sara is a process improvement and project management professional with deep experience running large, complex initiatives across multiple industries. She specializes in finding where workflows break down, closing the gaps, and building the operational foundation that lets teams move faster and make better decisions.

She brings the kind of structured thinking that turns messy, overlapping processes into something clean, scalable, and built to last.
